I no longer recommend the Seaflo Solar Pump for anything other than service as a bilge pump in a boat. Based on my personal experience, it is not heavy duty enough for solar well pump service. Instead, choose the Shurflo 9300, which is a proven solar water pump design for an off grid water system. Or choose a pump from the Grundfos SQFlex series if you need more than 500 gallons per day, or need to pump from deeper than 230 feet. See my detailed Seaflo Pump Review. -
