Shipping

When you place an order, for most items, the site software will automatically calculate the shipping amount and will add it to your order total. For some bulky or heavy items, a firm shipping quote may not be available on the web site. Call 707-923-2109 to get firm ship quotes for those items. 
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the item you wish to purchase, and for most items, reflect the actual cost of shipping with the carrier you have chosen. In other words, we do not make a profit on shipping. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, the total of item weights for an order will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We can ship to many overseas addresses, but this website is only set up to handle US orders. For orders to be shipped outside of the US, please contact info@highlifterpumpservice.com or call 707-923-2109 to place the order. 

We are located in Humboldt County, Northern California. Most of our shipments will originate from there. Some drop shipped items will ship direct from the manufacturer's warehouse.

Returns Policy

You may return any unused, uninstalled item within 30 days of delivery, for any reason, and for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Warranty Period, Type, Conditions, and Service:

The Warranty Period and Type is one year for manufacturer's defects only, unless otherwise stated in the product listing. All warranties offered on this site pertain to the product itself. No warranty offered for any product on this site includes reimbursement for downtime, installation labor, or any other problem caused by the product.
